Your 13L withdrawal says rejected, or sits in processing for far too long. Before anything else, look at one line: the account holder name.
Why the name matters
Bank transfers check that the name on the request matches the name on the account. Small differences — initials, missing middle names, spelling — can stop the transfer.
| Example | Value |
|---|---|
| Bank record | ROHIT KUMAR SHARMA |
| Entered in app | Rohit Sharma |
| Result | May be rejected |
Fix it
- Open your bank app or passbook and copy the holder name exactly.
- In 13L go to Mine → Settings → Bank.
- Update the name (and check the IFSC).
- Wait a little before withdrawing — fresh changes can trigger a review.
- Request the withdrawal again.
What happens to the money
A rejected withdrawal returns to your 13L wallet. Nothing is lost — it just needs a correct request.
When to contact support
If the name matches and payouts still fail, message 13L support with the order ID and a screenshot of your saved bank details (hide the full account number).
Does UPI avoid the problem?
Often, because UPI IDs are tied directly to a bank account. But the name linked to that UPI ID still needs to match the name on your 13L profile, so the same rule applies.
Prevent it next time
- Enter bank details once, carefully, before your first deposit.
- Avoid changing them right before a withdrawal.
- Keep one account for 13L payouts.
