A smooth 13L wallet comes down to three habits: save the UTR, finish turnover before withdrawing, and match your bank name exactly. Here’s everything else.
Deposit with UPI
- From the 13L home screen, hit the gold Deposit shortcut.
- Select a payment channel, then the amount you planned.
- Confirm — 13L hands you over to its payment page.
- Finish the transfer inside PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm or your bank’s UPI app.
- Screenshot the receipt with its 12-digit UTR.
- Switch back to 13L and give the wallet a minute to refresh.

Only pay on the payment page that opens inside 13L — never to a UPI ID someone sends you.
Before your first withdrawal
- Under Mine → Settings, set a payout password that differs from your login.
- Save one payout destination — a bank account with IFSC, or a UPI ID.
- Copy the holder name letter for letter from your passbook.
Withdraw your balance
- Open the Withdraw shortcut.
- Look at the turnover line first — it has to read zero.
- Type an amount between the minimum and maximum shown.
- Approve it with your payout password.
- Follow its progress in the withdrawal history.
